El Tribunal de Arbitraje
El Tribunal de Arbitraje resuelve disputas de propiedad civil y mercantil, y las disputas acerca de llenar las reglas de falta en el contrato o su adaptación a las nuevas circunstancias surgidas entre las partes, las personas físicas o jurídicas, residentes y domiciliados en Bulgaria y en el extranjero.
Beneficios del Tribunal de Arbitraje
El miembro de pleno derecho de Bulgaria en la Unión Europea plantea una serie de desafíos a todos los ámbitos de la vida socio-económica y política, que requiere un esfuerzo significativo por parte tanto de instituciones públicas, como de las empresas y los ciudadanos para la integración en la UE.

El arbitraje es una solución de controversias por un tercero autorizado por las partes en ese poder.
EL Tribunal de Arbitraje está creado precisamente para responder a las necesidades de las partes en las relaciones de propiedad privada con el fin de resolver los desacuerdos entre ellos.
